This notice explains how we handle information submitted through this website for English test guidance, coaching enquiries, test orders and booking support.
This website and its direct purchase service are operated by TLF Group Oy under the trading name English Language Center.

The website provides information, guidance, coaching enquiries, test purchase requests and booking guidance related to English language tests, including LanguageCert tests.
We do not use the website forms to guarantee exam acceptance, visa outcomes, immigration decisions or test results.
When you submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, current country or city, destination country, receiving organisation, selected test information, exam purpose, required level or score, deadline and free-text messages.
For invoice requests, we may also collect a billing name, billing address, business identifier where applicable and order details.
The test checker may also submit a summary of the answers you selected so we can understand your goal and respond with relevant guidance.
We use enquiry and order information to respond to your request, help you choose a suitable English test, provide coaching or booking guidance, process test purchases or invoice requests, and manage customer communication.
Depending on the situation, we process this information because you asked us to respond, because it is needed before providing a service, or because we have a legitimate interest in managing candidate enquiries and customer communication.
Netlify hosts the website and may process website form submissions before they reach us. We use ordinary email and business tools to reply, process orders and manage communication.
When online payment is selected, payment is handled on Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe receives the payment and billing details needed to process the payment. This website does not receive or store full payment card numbers.
When automated order delivery is active, Supabase stores the order and encrypted voucher record, and Resend sends the order confirmation and voucher email. These providers process only the information needed for their part of the service.
LanguageCert does not automatically receive your website form submission. LanguageCert receives your information only if you book through its official systems, or if you separately ask or allow us to support a booking or enquiry that requires sharing information.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage follow-up, provide requested guidance or support, and keep reasonable records of customer communication.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it only in a limited form where necessary for ordinary business administration, security or legal reasons.
You can contact us at info@tlfgroup.fi to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction, ask for deletion, object to certain processing or ask us to restrict processing where applicable.
Do not send passport copies, identity documents, medical documents, payment card details or other sensitive documents through the general website forms unless we specifically ask for them through an agreed process.
We use reasonable steps to protect enquiry information and limit access to people who need it to respond or provide support. No website or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy request, you may contact the relevant data protection authority. Please contact us first where possible so we can try to resolve the issue.
We may update this notice when the website, forms, providers or services change. The current version is the version published on this page.
Card details are entered directly on Stripe and are handled under Stripe's privacy terms. If you book directly with LanguageCert, LanguageCert's own privacy terms apply to that booking.
